This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from APC Distributor Ltd.
We aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and faulty goods.
1. Returns (14-day right to return)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
2. Return process
To initiate a return, please contact us via the details provided on our Contact page.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
3. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or non-faulty products once they have been delivered and accepted.
If a product is returned under the 14-day returns policy and meets all return conditions, we will process the return in accordance with this policy.
4. Faulty or damaged goods
If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assess the issue and, where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:
A replacement product of the same specification and value
A refund will only be issued if a replacement product is not available.
All faulty items may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund decision is made.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
5. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process outlined in this policy.
6. Delivery of returns
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Items are not in original condition or packaging
Items show signs of incorrect installation, use, or damage
