We sell physical consumer goods, specifically kitchen and bathroom taps.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur.
3. Ordering
All orders placed through our website are accepted instantly upon successful checkout.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. A contract is formed at the point of order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary (for example, if a product is unavailable or pricing errors occur).
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via Squarespace’s payment system (including third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal).
We do not store payment card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.
6. Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an order before dispatch.
If an order has already been dispatched, customers may still have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Details of these rights are set out in the Returns and Refunds section below.

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in their original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may cancel their order and return goods within 14 days of receiving them.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, customers may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where appropriate, APC Distributor Ltd may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and the customer's statutory rights.
All faulty items may be subject to inspection before a replacement or refund is approved.
Refunds approved under this policy will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.
9. Liability
Our products are classified as low-risk household goods (kitchen and bathroom taps).
We are not liable for:

Damage caused by incorrect use or fitting
